Genesis deals with the production and marketing of olive oil from the holy land, Israel. The olives, used for the production of the oil, come from groves in the Galilee, a fertile area in the north of the holy land. We choose our olive groves carefully and apply constant supervision over the quality of the olives and the process of their arrival at the oil press. The company ensures that it takes as little time as possible from the moment the olives are picked until they arrive at the oil press. Our high quality olive oil is produced at the Company’s oil presses. The production process is conducted with no human contact, by cold pressing, with no additives, no distillation and no chemical processing. Most of the oil produced by the Company is exported, mostly to the states of North America.
